Privacy & measurement
Public reading and free downloads do not require an account. If you sign in through our external account provider, the site stores your account identifier, display name and email with bookmarks, reading progress and quiz attempts. These records are accessible to your account and the authorised site owner.
Digital orders use the email you provide to fulfil the purchase. Physical orders additionally store your name, phone number and shipping address for dispatch and customer support. Only authorised staff can access delivery records. Transactional email may be processed by the configured email provider, and physical delivery details shared with the courier you are notified about. Guest checkout uses a signed, Secure, HttpOnly browser cookie for up to 60 days to protect access to your orders in the original browser. An email address alone does not grant access to order records. No marketing consent is implied by ordering. Contact us for order-data requests; retention for accounting and disputes is subject to applicable obligations.
Free practice attempts and Mains drafts are stored in this browser when storage is available. You can remove those local drafts through browser settings. Paid tests additionally store your email, mobile number, purchase, answer selections, timing and results securely on the server for access, reporting and support. A separate signed, Secure, HttpOnly test-session cookie lasts up to 60 days. Private emailed access links grant access to the associated test and result for 90 days and must be kept confidential. Only the authorised owner and holders of the relevant session or private link can access these records. Transactional access and result emails are processed through the configured email provider. For free CSAT practice, responses are stored in your browser and sent to our server when you request a score. If you choose an email report, we process your email address and result for that transactional request, keep a minimal sending record to prevent duplicates, and apply abuse limits. CSAT practice keys are independently prepared and may differ from official keys. Paid-test details are not used as a marketing signup. Sign-in and hosting services use their own necessary security and session mechanisms.
Optional usage measurement is off until you choose Allow. If enabled, we record page paths without query strings, broad traffic-source categories, resource identifiers and action counts. We do not send your name, email, written answers, payment details, search terms or full referring URLs to this measurement system. There is no advertising tracker or cross-site visitor identifier. Events are kept for up to 90 days; owner reports show the latest 30 days.
Use Measurement preferences in the footer to withdraw consent. Existing aggregate activity cannot identify your browser. For study-account data access or deletion requests, contact the owner. An automated account deletion workflow is not currently provided.
